In celebration of both National Cooperative Month and Mental Health Month, NEECO 1 partnered with Dr. Frederick Dennis M. Mercado, Psychologist II at the Mental Health Unit of Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center, to bring an enlightening seminar on Mental Health Awareness to the employees of the cooperative.

Dr. Mercado's guidance and expertise created a welcoming space for the employees to engage, learn, and contemplate the significance of mental health. This seminar has equipped the employees with valuable tools to navigate life's challenges while fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.
